1. Returns
a. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
b. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
c. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds
a. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
b. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
c. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

d. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item and receive a replacement.
4. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on VisionGuardWear.com and will be applied to your account once the return is processed.
5. Cancellations
a. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
b. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
